There may be a fee involved with arranging your mortgage depending on the procuration fee received from the lender. If a fee is relevant, this will be advised prior to any business being arranged.

Our mortgage fees, where charged, are a £100 consultation fee plus a further advice fee of £199 when applying for a mortgage. Our fee for lifetime mortgages/equity release advice is £499.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
