Dave is a qualified Independent Financial Adviser, with over 25 years experience in financial services across a number of roles.

His qualifications include;

• Certificate in Financial Planning,
• JO1 - Personal Taxation,
• RO1 - Regulation & Ethics
• ACIB - Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers

Dave  joined TNW in early 2010 and specialises in offering advice on protection, investments and pensions.

Dave also carries additional compliance oversight responsibilities for TNW with the Financial Services Authority.

Compliance Oversight

Dave has many years experience gained at a major high street bank and is therefore able to bring to the team additional knowledge in the areas of personal development and training, as well as helping to ensure that advice given to customers is in their best interests.

His responsibilities in addition to being an IFA within the firm include

• Training of new Advisers,
• Arranging training sessions on new products, legislation changes, data protection etc
• Ensuring Advisers and staff continue an active ongoing personal development programme
• Analysing and interpreting data and figures to ensure advice remains within appropriate parameters
• Ultimate responsibility for ensuring compliant advice is provided to all clients by the advisers within TNW, in line with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) guidelines.

Dave is very much a family man with two teenage children with interests including DIY, computing, digital photography as well as the usual 'Dad's taxi's' commitments.
